General Contracting Conditions

These conditions are agreed upon between the company DECODECOCO S.L., with registered office in Spain, 03177 San Fulgencio (Alicante), Faisán street, without a number, local 25, sector 8, floor 1, CIF ESB09758269, and any person wishing to make a purchase through the company's website https://decodecoco.com/, hereinafter referred to as the "User."

These conditions regulate all necessary stages to place an order and ensure the follow-up of this transaction between both contracting parties.

Recipients of Products and Services
Any individual over 18 years of age or a duly represented legal entity can register as a user on the portal https://decodecoco.com and subsequently make purchases from the website, accepting the terms and conditions set by the company in this contract. All individuals under 18 years of age are excluded from being users of this portal.

By placing an order, the User expresses full and complete acceptance of the general terms of sale, prices, and the description of the items included in that transaction. These general terms of sale will be the only ones applicable between the two parties.

Product and Price Information
Product prices are indicated with taxes included. They do not include shipping costs, which are shown in the final phase before placing the order.

DECODECOCO S.L. reserves the right to modify prices and specifications without prior notice. However, prices are billed based on the prices shown at the time of order registration, provided there is sufficient stock.

The information included in each product's data sheets or its photographs is for informational purposes only. Consequently, DECODECOCO S.L. disclaims any responsibility for errors in such information. In case of errors, DECODECOCO S.L. undertakes to take measures to correct the errors or omissions within its reach after being informed of them. Every user has a right of withdrawal within 7 days due to non-conformity of the products sold with their descriptive sheet or the incorrect nature of the information contained in it.

The detailed measurements of the vinyl may vary due to the printing and handling process. The colors shown are indicative and may vary depending on the configuration and screen of each device.

During the order preparation process, any pricing errors that may occur on the website due to technical anomalies will be detected. In this situation, the User will be contacted. If the product's price on the website is actually lower, the difference will be refunded to the User. If the price is higher, the customer will be informed and can choose to accept or cancel the order.

Once an order is being prepared for shipment, it cannot be canceled.

Payment Methods
DECODECOCO S.L. offers the User various payment methods: Credit card, bank transfer, Google Payments, PayPal, or Shopify pay.

4.1 Credit Card Payment

DECODECOCO S.L. uses the Virtual POS of BBVA bank.

DECODECOCO S.L. accepts payments with cards from the Visa, MasterCard, and JCB brands.

The virtual POS is a device prepared to securely conduct sales over the Internet and works as follows:

A. If the financial institution decides, it will attempt to contact the card issuer to request authentication of the cardholder (verification of their identity) before requesting the corresponding authorization. This ensures that only the genuine cardholder, the owner of the card, can operate with it.

B. It implements SSL in all communications, preventing the interception of information by third parties. Therefore, confidentiality is ensured in all communications established during the transaction.

C. It also enables mechanisms to test the authenticity of the origin of transactions and prevents data manipulation by third parties. This ensures the integrity of the transaction data.

D. Card details are not normally known to the merchant, preventing this information from being used fraudulently by third parties later on. This information is conveniently stored by the virtual POS, which will provide it to the payment system when necessary (e.g., in a refund).

Therefore, all transactions made through the virtual POS will have all the guarantees of security, confidentiality, and integrity for the participating parties: cardholders and their issuing entities, and merchants and their acquiring entities.

4.2 Payment by Bank Transfer

Payments by bank transfer will be deposited into the following account:

The bank account number will also appear on the order confirmation screen and will be sent by email to make the corresponding payment. Once the amount is deposited, DECODECOCO S.L. begins to process the order. Some transfers may not be effective until at least 48 hours (business days) after the deposit.

If DECODECOCO S.L. has not received the payment within 15 business days, the order will be canceled. The account number for making the payment is as follows:

Product Availability
If DECODECOCO S.L. does not have all or part of the products requested by the user, they will be notified by email or phone, and the user can choose whether to cancel the entire order or receive a partial shipment with a proportional refund for the unavailable products.

If the payment has already been debited at the time of providing information about the product's unavailability, a refund procedure will be initiated for the corresponding amounts to the user's chosen bank account, preceded by a phone call or email.

Refunds are made through the same payment method and within the following periods:

- Bank transfer: 5 to 8 business days
- Credit card: 5 business days
- Debit card: 30 business days

Delivery Conditions
Shipments are made through the CorreosExpress 24h courier service. Shipping costs are free for Spain (excluding islands) for purchases over €85. The delivery time is 24-48 hours for in-stock products and 4-7 days for out-of-stock and/or customized products.

If the delivery time differs significantly from what is indicated on the website, DECODECOCO S.L. will contact the user by email or phone to inform them of the actual timeframe and confirm the order. However, a modification of the initially indicated delivery period does not imply the cancellation of the order or any compensation.

The user can track all stages of shipping, from the time of purchase to delivery, from the Menu / My orders. The package is delivered by hand to the address or location specified by the user. In case of absence at the time of delivery, the courier company leaves a notice, and the buyer must contact the courier company to arrange a new delivery time. If, after 7 days from the first delivery attempt, the user has not contacted the courier company, the package will be returned to the facilities of DECODECOCO S.L. In this case, the user can request a refund of the purchase or the re-shipping of the package. In both cases, shipping costs will be at the user

's expense. If a refund is desired, DECODECOCO S.L. will refund the total amount of the purchase minus the shipping costs, as the transport service has already been provided. If re-shipping the package is desired, the user must contract the courier service again.

Small packages sent via Correos Postal (ordinary mail) have a delivery time of 5-8 days after the product is manufactured. This type of transport does not allow tracking the package, and delivery is not made by hand; the package is left in the mailbox.
If payment is made by bank transfer, the shipment is not effective until the payment has been verified.
Shipping costs cover part of the shipping and logistical preparation of the package. In the case of very small packages, there is the option to choose shipping through the courier company or Correos Postal.

Shipping and handling costs cannot group different purchases. Each shipment has an associated cost. In orders with multiple items, a single shipment will be made, corresponding to the item with the longest delivery time.

Delivery is considered complete when the carrier makes the product available to the user. It is the recipient's responsibility to check the products upon receipt and express any valid reservations and claims. The customer has 24 hours to check the integrity of all components of the product and ensure it includes all accessories indicated on the product page. After that time, the integrity and content of the product are deemed accepted.

If the delivery address is outside the EU, the package must go through customs and may be subject to taxes. In this case, customs clearance costs will be borne by the buyer.

Shipments to the Canary Islands are subject to the payment of customs duties and import taxes, as well as local customs.

Refund - Return – Withdrawal
The User has 15 days, from the receipt of the package, to make a total or partial return of the order.

Only products that are in perfect condition and in their original packaging can be returned. Personalized products (with a name or color), used products, or manipulated vinyl cannot be returned.

All wallpapers from DECODECOCO S.L. are made to order, exempt from withdrawal. If the received wallpapers have any manufacturing error or defect, DECODECOCO S.L. will be responsible for their return. However, if the product is received in perfect condition, no exchanges will be made as they are considered personalized products.

If the product is defective or incorrect, a return can be requested as long as it has not been manipulated. Once the customer installs or manipulates the product, it cannot be returned under any circumstances.

Transportation costs for returning the product will be borne by the User, unless the product is defective or incorrect.

The user has two options to send the product to the facilities of DECODECOCO S.L.

Independent Shipping

The User hires any courier service and sends the package to the following postal address:

Door Pickup (Valid only for mainland collections)

DECODECOCO S.L. offers the service of managing and collecting packages. The service has a cost of €5, and the User only needs to print a label and attach it to the package.

Once the merchandise is received and confirmed to be in perfect condition, the refund of the product amount (excluding shipping costs) is processed using the same payment method used for the purchase.

Guarantees
DECODECOCO S.L. guarantees the ability to sell products and services from the website https://decodecoco.com and has the necessary technology to carry out various online transactions.

The different products available through the portal https://decodecoco.com have the mandatory manufacturer's warranty regarding quality or functionality. DECODECOCO S.L. does not provide any warranty for products or services from third parties.

DECODECOCO S.L. makes its best efforts to ensure that the information displayed is correct, but it cannot guarantee the accuracy of the descriptions. Products may undergo slight variations in specifications, colors, or other design features.

Unless otherwise indicated, the User is responsible for transportation, telephone, mail, and other expenses incurred during the warranty period.

Signature and Proof
The computerized records, stored in the computer systems of the company DECODECOCO S.L. under secure conditions, are considered evidence of communications, orders, and payments made between the parties, in accordance with legal provisions. These validations serve as a signature and acceptance of all operations carried out on the website.

Users without a customer number must create a customer account by filling in all mandatory fields marked with an asterisk. In the case of a new User, DECODECOCO S.L. services will assign a customer number immediately after placing their first order. The customer number is strictly personal and non-transferable.

Responsibility
DECODECOCO S.L. rejects any responsibility arising from the misuse of the content displayed on this website and reserves the right to update, delete, establish limitations, and/or restrict access at any time, temporarily or permanently. At the same time, it disclaims responsibilities that may arise from typographical errors or any information not contained on this website.

DECODECOCO S.L. does not guarantee that the website and server are free of viruses and is not responsible for damages caused by accessing the website or the inability to access it.

DECODECOCO S.L. is not responsible for the information, services, or products appearing on linked pages at https://decodecoco.com.

Treatment of Personal Data
Personal data provided by users of this website to the company, through consultation forms or customer registration forms, will be included in the corresponding computerized files of DECODECOCO S.L. in accordance with the legislation or regulations in force in each case, and confidentiality in their treatment is guaranteed.

In no case will this data be transferred, sold, or rented for any purpose other than making a delivery or responding to a judicial request.

Personal data will be used solely by the internal services of DECODECOCO S.L. and will be used to process purchases, from order placement to delivery, improve customer services, inform about promotions or commercial events of DECODECOCO S.L. Sending Information by DECODECOCO S.L.
The term Newsletter includes all emails, promotional offers, and institutional bulletins containing information about DECODECOCO S.L. or the User, sent directly to the User's email inbox by DECODECOCO.

The User subscribes to the DECODECOCO S.L. newsletter when placing their first order. The user can access and modify their personal data at any time in the "Customer Area," in the "Modify Personal Data" tab.

Copyright, Intellectual, and Industrial Property
All content, including texts, images, sound, and any other material, is the property of DECODECOCO S.L. The User acknowledges that reproducing, copying, marketing, distributing, transforming, reusing, publicly communicating, and, in general, any other form of exploitation of the images and drawings

on this portal https://decodecoco.com, without the express written authorization of the company's owners, constitutes an infringement of their intellectual and/or industrial property rights. Users must respect copyrights and ownership notices.

Modifications to this Contract
DECODECOCO S.L. may modify the content of this contract, provided there is sufficient cause or reason. In the event of a modification, users will be notified by email or a post on the website, clearly specifying the reasons and effects of all kinds, so that the user can later confirm their acceptance.

Applicable Legislation
Given that the service provider for this contract is established in Spain, the applicable legislation will be Spanish law. Law 34/2002, of July 11, on information society services and electronic commerce, in the Civil and Commercial Codes, and in the other civil or commercial rules on contracts, especially rules for the protection of consumers and users and the organization of commercial activity.

This contract will come into effect and take full effect from the moment the user accepts it.

This contract can be stored and reproduced by usual electronic or computer means.

Responsibilities
Failure to comply with these general conditions will result in legal actions that DECODECOCO S.L. deems appropriate in each case.
